Eastern calm · Chinese well-being
Chinese well-being doesn't live in a prescription. It lives in daily life — in a cup of tea, a stick of incense, a few quiet minutes of sitting. We meet people through tea, and settle the mind through stillness.
ABOUT
YILINFU ("yee-lin-foo") is a brand of connection, built on three things: tea culture as the starting point, true stories as the only advertising, and long-term trust as the core.
We believe a good life begins with one kind intention, is lived in present awareness, and ripens into lasting blessing.
We are not a shop that sells things. Every bond that forms here is real, freely chosen, and worth retelling.
TEA GENESIS 100
One hundred tea vessels. One hundred numbers. One hundred bonds waiting to happen. They are not for sale — each one is waiting for the person it belongs to.
White porcelain from Dehua, China — hand-thrown, kiln-fired. Bamboo is painted on the body: in Eastern culture, bamboo stands for the noble character — humble inside, upright outside, always growing.
This is not a product. It is a first keepsake of Eastern living — an invitation to reconnect with tea, with craft, and with yourself.
Pay what your heart says · From ¥0 — the amount doesn't matter, the intention does
You receive: a Dehua white porcelain cup · a permanent number on the Founders' Wall · a bond card · a calm practice kit (a daily line + guided breathing) · founding-member standing (community access, invitations to tea gatherings)
See a piece that speaks to you? Tell us why. A teacup chooses its person, not the highest bidder.
The gift is set by the receiver. Any amount is right; your intention supports the next bond.
Every piece is one of a kind. It waits for the right person, not the highest offer.
CALM
Chinese calm practice is not an escape from daily life. It is choosing one small moment in your day, and giving yourself back to yourself.
The old teaching says: cultivate yourself through stillness. Stillness is not a silent room — it is a place inside you where things can settle. YILINFU breaks these old methods into small, practicable steps: breath counting, sitting, standing post, copying scripture, walking meditation, tea ceremony, and eating meditation. You don't need to master them all. Pick the one that eases you most, do it daily, and let it grow.
In for four, hold for four, out for six. Three rounds, and the mind settles.
Spine naturally tall, shoulders loose. Eyes closed or half-lowered. Know each breath as it comes and goes; don't follow the thoughts.
Choose a duration, then follow the stages: arrive, release the body, settle the breath, keep the mind, return. A soft bell marks each transition — no need to open your eyes.
There are no right answers — only what's closest to you right now. Of the seven classical ways, which one is yours?
WORLD
YILINFU is more than a tea room. Looking twenty years ahead, we want to build an open ecosystem that connects the world through the Eastern way of living. This page is written for the companions we haven't met yet.
YILINFU HOUSE: one day, every city could have one — not a store, but a living room for the Eastern way of life. The first is slowly taking shape in Xiamen, China.
We are not looking for customers. We are looking for companions. If something here moved you — come have a cup of tea.
PARTNERS
We are not looking for customers — we are looking for companions. Whether you want to co-build a YILINFU HOUSE in your city, or you make something that belongs in this world, there is an honest, transparent, twenty-year road here.
Co-create a YILINFU HOUSE or tea space in your city. This is not a franchise — there is no franchise fee. We look for people who share the values and are willing to spend twenty years on one thing. First the bond, then the partnership.
Tea and teaware, incense and craft, spaces and materials — if what you make is authentic, traceable, and true to our four principles, it can enter the YILINFU bond-card system and be found by people who truly understand it.
Partners and makers are measured by the same four principles: altruism, transparency, openness, longevity. Every accepted piece carries a numbered bond card, its origin traceable.
Prefer to talk first? Write to us — we'll start with a cup of tea and take it slowly.
